Johnny : There's one thing we like to tell you about the auto-contrast thing that crapped the pictures. Apparently it has something to do with Google+. We don't use it, but by changing the picture file uploading options at the Google+ options place, you can unoption the auto-contrast and make the picture not gray anymore (as you can see)!!
Jeff : So from now on we can show you all our pictures with nice quality again! If any of you have similar problems like these, ... well, ....... search with google.
